We process your data for purposes including:

  • delivering the Service (processing and analyzing photos) – GDPR Art. 6(1)(b),
  • statistics and product development – GDPR Art. 6(1)(f),

4. Photo processing and AI

To score, pick the best moments and describe the scene we use external AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI ChatGPT Vision). Photos are shared with these providers solely for analysis and are not made public.

Where possible, we use settings that prevent using content for training general models. Detailed rules also follow the privacy policies of each provider.

5. Retention

We store account data for the duration of your use of the Service and for the time needed to secure claims (generally up to 6 years).

Jobs, thumbnails and reports are generally deleted after [RETENTION_DAYS] days from creation, unless you delete them earlier.
